We started Tonaflo because farming shouldn't require a head start you don't have.
Tonaflo connects Ghana's workforce, land and capital so that anyone willing to work can build a real farming business — not just get by on one.
Tonaflo began with a simple, personal frustration. I wanted to go into farming — I believed then, and still believe now, that it's one of the strongest businesses a person can build in Ghana. But I didn't have the land, the capital, or a clear path to get started. And the more people I spoke to, the more I realised I wasn't the exception. I was the pattern.
At the same time, I saw the other half of the problem sitting in plain sight: individuals, institutions and even government holding land that wasn't being used for anything. Land and people who needed each other, with no system connecting them.
And for the farmers who did get started, success still wasn't guaranteed — not because they weren't willing to work, but because farming without training, guidance, or sound business practices is exactly as risky as starting any other business without them.
Ghana has one of the most hardworking, capable young populations anywhere — and when that talent is backed properly, it doesn't just create individual livelihoods, it can commercialise an entire industry and move the country's economy forward with it. Tonaflo exists to build that system: connecting people, land, training and capital so that farming becomes a serious, well-run business — for the individual, and for Ghana.

Oversees day-to-day operations, turning Tonaflo's strategy into execution across teams and farms.
Builds and supports the community of farmers, partners and participants across every Tonaflo initiative.
Sources and coordinates land from individuals, institutions and government for productive farming use.
Ensures every partnership, land agreement and investment structure is sound and compliant.
